Payment by credit card is available through the on-line procedure.

After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from the WMU Maritime Affairs Conference secretariat via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact WMU MAC secretariat via e-mail (maritime@tess-intl.com).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests to change conference registration and cancellations must be made in writing to the WMU MAC secretariat via
email at maritime@tess-intl.com.

Please note that refunds will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.

Visa Support

Please note that visa application decisions are made solely by the embassy, consulate-general, or the Swedish Migration Agency. WMU is unable to intervene in this process or influence any decisions made.

Please note that participants are responsible for the accuracy of the submitted information and processing of visa letters may take up to five days.

Kindly note that WMU cannot contact the embassy on your behalf, but can respond to any inquiries from them, if needed.
